At Marktol, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns and Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

  • Peak Season Notice: During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday to Christmas), allow up to 3 business days for processing.

2. Free Shipping Coverage

We currently offer free standard shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase:

  • Eligible Regions:

    • All 50 U.S. states

    • Canada (excluding Yukon, Nunavut, and P.O. Boxes)

    • Not available: APO/FPO, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico), or other countries.

3. Delivery Timelines

Alaska/Hawaii 7–10 days
Canada 7–14 days

Note: Delivery times begin after order processing (see Section 1). Weather or carrier delays may impact estimates.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • Primary Carrier: UPS Ground (U.S.) / Canada Post (Canada)

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • For lost/damaged packages, contact support@marktolhome.com within 48 hours of delivery.

5. International Orders & Customs

  • Canadian Customers:

    • Marktol covers all shipping costs.

    • You are responsible for any customs/duties (we declare packages as "MERCHANDISE").

  • We do not ship internationally except to Canada.

6. Holiday Shipping Exceptions

  • Add +2 business days to all estimates during these periods:

    • Thanksgiving Week (Nov 20–30)

    • Christmas Season (Dec 10–Jan 5)
