All orders are processed within 2 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Peak Season Notice: During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday to Christmas), allow up to 3 business days for processing.
2. Free Shipping Coverage
We currently offer free standard shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase:

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

For lost/damaged packages, contact support@marktolhome.com within 48 hours of delivery.
5. International Orders & Customs

Canadian Customers:

Marktol covers all shipping costs.

You are responsible for any customs/duties (we declare packages as "MERCHANDISE").
