Yes! Marktol mattresses are compatible with most bed frames, including platform beds, slatted bases, adjustable bases, and box springs. For the best experience, we recommend a solid, flat, and sturdy foundation.

3. Are your mattresses CertiPUR-US® certified?
Absolutely. All Marktol mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and meet the highest safety and environmental standards.


100-Night Sleep Trial

4. How does the 100-night sleep trial work?
We offer a risk-free 100-night sleep trial with every mattress. Sleep on it for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. If you’re not satisfied within 100 nights, contact us for a hassle-free return or exchange.

5. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No! If you decide to return your mattress during the trial period, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

6. What happens to returned mattresses?
Returned mattresses are donated to local charities or responsibly recycled. We do not resell returned products.


Shipping & Delivery

7. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all mattress orders within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

8. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. For faster delivery, choose our expedited shipping option during checkout.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Product Care

14. Do I need to flip my Marktol mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed to be one-sided. However, we recommend rotating the mattress every 3–6 months to maintain even wear.

Spot clean with a mild detergent and cold water. Avoid soaking the mattress or using harsh chemicals. Using a waterproof mattress protector is highly recommended to keep your mattress in pristine condition.

16. Can I use an electric blanket or heating pad?
Yes, but we recommend using them on a low or moderate setting to avoid damaging the memory foam.
