Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods or holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST may qualify for next-day delivery.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors like weather or shipping carrier delays.

3. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to United States (e.g., the United States, Canada). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the shipping carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Items
Marktol is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will assist you with the claims process.


Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your mattress or other products, we offer a return policy for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging).
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert email or phone number] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your items, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Mattresses that have been opened or used (unless defective).
  • Custom or personalized products.

6. Mattress Trial and Return
For mattresses, we offer a 100 night trial period. If you're not fully satisfied with your mattress after the trial period, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide a convenient way to return the mattress.

7. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only in the case of defective products or shipping errors. If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
