At Marktol, we are confident in the quality of our mattresses and are committed to your satisfaction. That’s why we offer an industry-leading 10-year warranty and a 100-night sleep trial to ensure you have the best experience with our products.


1. 10-Year Warranty

We provide a 10-Year Limited Warranty on all mattresses purchased directly from Marktol. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your mattress remains free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage Includes:

  • Defects in Materials or Workmanship: If your mattress shows signs of wear due to manufacturing defects, such as sagging or physical imperfections that affect the integrity of the mattress.
  • Non-Visible Defects: Includes any defects in the foam or materials not visible to the naked eye that may affect the performance of your mattress.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to surface impressions (up to 1.5 inches) which do not affect the comfort or support of the mattress.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or stains.
  • Mattresses that have been abused, burned, or altered in any way.
  • Comfort preferences or issues like firmness level that do not indicate a manufacturing defect.

We may request images or additional documentation of the defect. Upon verification of your claim, we will arrange for the repair, replacement, or a pro-rated refund based on the remaining warranty period.


2. 100-Night Sleep Trial

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Marktol mattress. That’s why we offer a 100-night sleep trial on all mattresses. This trial period allows you to experience your mattress in the comfort of your own home to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

Trial Period:

  • The 100-night sleep trial begins from the date of delivery of your mattress.
  • You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. This gives your body time to adjust to the mattress and helps ensure that you’re making the right decision.

Return Process:

  • If after 30 nights you’re not satisfied with your mattress, you can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at [insert email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will assist you in coordinating the return process.
  • Return shipping costs are typically free of charge for eligible returns within the 100-night trial period.

Refund:

Exchanges:

  • If you would prefer an exchange for a different model or size, we can help you with that as well. Please contact us to arrange for an exchange within the 100-night sleep trial period.

Eligibility for Return:

  • To qualify for a return under the 100-night trial, the mattress must be in good condition without any signs of damage or misuse. We ask that you use a mattress protector to maintain the condition of your mattress during the trial period.

Important Notes:

  • Only One Return per Household: The 100-night sleep trial and return policy are limited to one return per household or address.
  • Availability: The warranty and sleep trial only apply to mattresses purchased directly from Marktol, either through our website or other official retail channels.
  • International Returns: If your mattress was purchased outside of the United States or the eligible region, additional fees or limitations may apply. Please contact our customer service team for further details.
