Return & Exchange Policy

At Marktol, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Policy Scope

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds only under these conditions:
 Returns: Unused items in original packaging within 30 days (exceptions apply)
 Exchanges: Defective/wrong items received (must contact us within 7 days)
 Non-eligible: Used/custom items (see Section 3)

2. How to Initiate a Request

Step 1: Contact us within the eligible period

  • Email: support@marktolhome.com

  • Required info: Order #, product name, reason, photos (if damaged)

Step 2: Wait for instructions

  • We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

    • Approved/denied status

    • Correct return address (do NOT ship to the original sender address)

    • Prepaid label (if applicable) or self-shipping instructions

3. Eligibility & Deadlines

5. Refund Process

  • Timeline:

    • 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return

    • Additional 3–10 days for bank processing (varies by institution)

  • Method: Original payment (or store credit if preferred)

6. Exchanges

  • Only for: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Process:

    1. We’ll ship a replacement after receiving your return

    2. Expedited shipping available (customer covers cost difference)

7. Important Notes

⚠️ Do NOT ship returns to the address on your package – Wait for our approved return address.
⚠️ Mattresses require charity pickup coordination (we’ll arrange it – no self-shipping).
