We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds only under these conditions:
✅ Returns: Unused items in original packaging within 30 days (exceptions apply)
✅ Exchanges: Defective/wrong items received (must contact us within 7 days)
❌ Non-eligible: Used/custom items (see Section 3)
2. How to Initiate a Request
